6. A KitchenAid stand mixer
If the baker in your life doesn’t already have a KitchenAid stand mixer, then it’s probably at the top of their wish list. If it’s in your budget (cause these babies aren’t cheap!), the only decision you really need to make is: what colour? (I own the red one pictured above and it’s dreamy…)
8. Bundt pans
I’m a sucker for bundt cake pans. I will try any cake recipe that requires a bundt pan. And is there any word more adorable than bundtlette?
12. Glass measuring cups
All good bakers know that you should use different measuring cups for dry goods and liquids. These Pyrex glass measuring cups are my favourites for anything liquid and I love that they can go in the microwave.
14. Storage containers
I buy a lot of my baking ingredients in bulk at Costco, so I end up transposing things like flour and sugar into various storage containers. These containers are great because their air-tight and come with bonus features like a leveler.
15. Fine mesh strainers
Sure, you could use an actual flour sifter to sift your dry ingredients (because you know you should always sift, right?), but I find these to be a lot more versatile and multipurpose in the kitchen.
